At Teaaru™, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, here’s how we can help:

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of tea, we only accept returns if the product is:

  • Damaged,
  • Defective, or
  • Incorrectly shipped.

Time Frame

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened tea packs
  • Partially used tea packs
