Are your teas 100% natural?
Yes. Our teas and botanicals are 100% natural—no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.
Where do you source your teas?
We source directly from trusted gardens in Darjeeling, Assam, and the Himalayan foothills, plus carefully selected herbs and flowers.
How do I brew for the best taste?
Green & herbal: 80–90°C water, steep 2–3 mins. Black tea: boiling water, steep 3–4 mins.
Avoid over-brewing to prevent bitterness.
How should I store my tea?
Keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture. Reseal the pouch after use or move to an airtight container.
Do you ship across India? How long does delivery take?
Yes, we ship pan-India. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet—we currently ship within India only.
What is your return & refund policy?
Because tea is perishable, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in 5–7 working days.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking link. You can also log in to your Teaaru™ account to view order status.
Do you have Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on eligible pincodes. A small COD fee may apply at checkout.
Are your products vegetarian?
Yes, all our teas are vegetarian. We also display the green vegetarian symbol on our packaging.
